Yes, we require a security deposit. The deposit amount is specific to each vehicle and can range anywhere from $1,000 – $7,000. Cash deposit retainers will be returned after the rental period if no damages are incurred during the term of the rental. If any damages are found once the vehicle has been returned we will provide you with an onsite evaluation, and deduct it from your deposit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. Cashier’s checks or personal checks are accepted if delivered to us 7-10 days before rental. They can also be given as a form of payment at our discretion for damages obtained during a rental.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.

The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental. Even if you drive a 1996 Honda Accord your full coverage insurance will cover in all 50 states. American Express offers “Premium Insurance” that can act as your primary insurance during your rental period.

Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age (25yrs old), full coverage insurance and a clean driving record.

Once a reservation is made with 555 Exotic Car rentals we authorize your credit card for a non-refundable 20%-40% of the total rental cost. Also, you can wire or send us the reservation fee. The cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such as weather and/or natural disasters.

The refueling charge for a rental will be $5/gallon.

Tolls:

Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.

Driving tickets:

Each driver is responsible for there own driving citation’s and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.

Towed vehicle:

Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

Miles are dependent on the rental vehicle obtained. Exotics such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Rolls Royce are restricted to 100 miles per day. If you surpass those miles you will be charged an additional $4.00 per mile. For all other vehicles we provide 150 miles per day and we charge $3.00 per mile for overages. These fees are applied only when vehicles are returned and discounted from the deposit.

We provide a discounted miles package if you want to prepay miles before the commencement of your rental. For vehicles such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin and Rolls Royce, We charge $3.00 per mile if prepaid and $2.00 per mile on all other vehicles.

We have a 2 day minimum on weekends, and yes in the rental industry Friday is considered a weekend because the demand is considerably higher. However, we can offer a non guaranteed 1 day rental on weekends depending on availability.

You are not allowed to leave the state of North Carolina or travel beyond 100 miles from our office unless consent is given from the management. Below are some scenarios that are not allowed by 555 Exotic Car Rental:

• for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity

• to exceed any posted speed limits

• in any racetrack or road course

• by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carry persons or property for hire

• to push or tow anything

• to teach anyone to drive

• on any unpaved surface

At 555 Exotic Car Rentals, we pride ourselves in providing an exceptional experience to our clients that rent our Exotic & Luxury vehicles. We offer airport escorts to GSO Airport, RDU, Charlotte International/private Airport and surrounding areas such as Triad/Triangle during regular business hours. For deliveries outside North Carolina areas please contact us. The fee will depend on the distance and will include a flatbed curbside/front door delivery option.

We are a 24hr service, which makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your ever changing schedule and those last minute trips. We can deliver or pick up your rental at no cost within our allowed locations within the hours of 10am (EST) – 8pm (EST). For deliveries or pick ups outside our normal operating hours we charge a $50-$250 surcharge that varies on location and distance.

We advise our clients to allow us a 3 and a 1/2 hour window to make deliveries.
