Mr. Algie Brodnax
Mr. Brodnax is a Career Technical Education teacher who studied Business Education at St. Paul’s College. He also studied General Administration at Central Michigan University. He is currently attending Aspen University pursuing his Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership. Once Upon of time he was a Stem Teacher Learning (NCSU & VT) teacher of the month for October in 2015, while working for Vance County Schools. Today, Algie Brodnax's purpose and passion lies in helping emerging scholars launch themselves as more productive individuals, by showing them what it takes to become a leader.
MY LATEST RESEARCH
Motivational leadership refers to someone leading others by motivating them to strive for certain goals rather than simply act on orders. The leader tries to create a safe and trusting environment, and ensure the organization is positioned for success in its domain—for example, a company in the marketplace.
Multicultural Education in my opinion is no longer an idea that has reached its peak in American higher education or the public school systems. Can you imagine a world where every individual looked the same and talked the same? It is hard to imagine being in a world so dull. However, within the United States of America certain regions where students learn very minimally about other cultures.
